Frequently Asked Questions
• How do I commission you? •
• Notice of private commission openings are posted through my Patreon. Join for free to receive email updates for new art, updates and commission availability.
• Instructions on how to send in a commission request are provided each time.
• Can I share my commission online? •
• Absolutely! Please feel free to use your commission for any and all personal, non-profit purposes.
• I do not post commissioned art to my own social media accounts, but will happily share/reblog/retweet any commissions I am tagged in.
• How long do commissions take to complete? •
• I aim to send first updates for any kind of commission within 2-3 weeks of the date an invoice is paid.
• Total time to complete a batch of commissions is usually 4-6 weeks.
• Your commission may be completed at any point within that time scale.
• If I expect delays, I will email you promptly and directly.
• Do you offer a waiting list? •
• I do not take pre-orders or reserve places on future batches of commissions.
• Occasionally, I will offer sketch commissions on a waiting list basis as stated on the batch's specific request form.
• If you are placed on a waiting list for sketches, payment will not be taken until I am ready commence with the new round of work.
• You are free to withdraw from a waiting list at any time, simply email me to let me know.
• How do you take payment? •
• My prices and payment are all £ GBP.
• Payment is managed through PayPal invoices with all prices as-quoted and no hidden fees. It can be paid with a PayPal account, or as a guest using payment forms listed on the invoice.
• I require payment upfront before work begins. Payment by installment is available upon request for large commissions.
• Refund Policy
Before work has begun on your commission: 100% refund
After work has begun on your commission: 50% refund
• What kind of art can I request? •
• You can commission me for character illustration, sketches, posters, promotional art, book covers, character sheets, dramatic scenes, etc.
• I do not draw explicit adult content for commissions. Please use common sense and your best judgement. If in doubt, contact me via Patreon to clarify a request.
